**Job Description: Kitchen Hand / Delivery Driver**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated individual to support our kitchen operations and assist with food deliveries. This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Kitchen Hand Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, washing, and handling ingredients.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in line with hygiene standards.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
- Support chefs with basic food prep tasks and stock organization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
- **Delivery Driver Duties**:

- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within the Coolum area.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing Tandoori Flames professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle payments (if required).
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic food handling knowledge (or willingness to learn).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as per restaurant hours).
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred but not essential; training provided).
- Previous experience in a kitchen or delivery role is a plus but not required.
