Black's Machinery Repairs is seeking a motivated, professional, honest and passionate team member to join our busy family owned workshop at Coolabunia, near Kingaroy, as a Full Time Qualified Diesel Fitter.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on quality workmanship and service. We value a team member who understands the importance of working together and working towards the team's achievements and also has the ability to work independtly and efficiently.

Black's Machinery Repairs specialise in agricultural machinery servicing and repairs, A/C system servicing and repairs on agricultural machinery, trucks, automotive and earthmoving and light vehicle servicing and repairs. We also sell oils and lubricants, aftermarket and genuine parts, batteries, A/C and electrical parts for agricultural, earthmoving and automotive.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Servicing and repairs on Agricultural Machinery, earthmoving and trucks.
- Servicing and repairs on A/C Systems in agricultural machinery, trucks, automotive and earthmoving equipment
- Light vehicle servicing and repairs.
- ECU Tuning
- Updating the management team on job progress
- Attend to customers as required - both in person and on phone
- Assist other team members as required
- Assistance in the training of apprentices
- Workshop maintenance and cleaning

**The successful applicant must**:

- Be a Qualified Diesel Fitter or Enthusiastic and Motivated 3rd Year.
- Possess extreme attention to detail
- Have good problem solving and decision making skills
- Have the ability to work unsupervised in high pressure situations
- Be clean, well presented and punctual at all times
- Be highly motivated with a great work ethic and have a willingness to continue to learn and improve
- Have a current, manual, QLD driver's license
- Have excellent diagnostic interpreting and fault finding ability
- Value quality workmanship
- Posess experience and knowledge of a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication, computer skills and telephone manner
- Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- Current Automotive Air Conditioning qualifications and Fork Lift Ticket advantageous

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
