We are urgently seeking your strong administration experience for an upcoming temporary assignment in Ipswich CBD. This all-round role will be temporary to start but is likely to become permanent in the future as business needs are assessed.
**Duties include**:
- Providing a high level of customer service, including receiving job orders and processing in the system
- Scheduling jobs with technicians
- Accounts receivable (including following up of outstanding accounts)
- General administration support
**To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate**:
- Strong administration experience (ideally this will include customer service, order processing, scheduling and accounts receivable/debt collection)
- Confidence learning and using technology with intermediate MS Office skills (specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
- Availability to commence this week
