If so, this hybrid lawyer position in Insurance Legal Recoveries based in the North Suburbs of Sydney might be the perfect fit for you
Join this growing commercial client as a lawyer and be responsible for handling a steady stream of credit recovery cases.
The process is very straightforward.
Most cases are settled and, whilst there can be some exposure to litigation work, external counsel is briefed on these cases.
The workplace has great automated software tools in place to help you and internal legal templates are set up to support and guide you through the process.
This role is highly unique as KPIs and bonuses are focused around file completion times and service levels, rather than billable hours.You'll be managed and mentored by a Senior Leader and you will receive regular checks-in and performance reviews.
This is a highly inclusive environment, and you will be thoroughly supported by your Manager and the broader team to ensure you are successful.
This role is perfect for someone looking to move away from billable hours and business development.To be successful, you will be an experienced litigation lawyer, ideally with some Insurance /Credit Recoveries experience.
Some court experience is also advantageous.
