Bus Driver

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as on field trips and other school-related activities.
Your main tasks will include:Operating the school bus in compliance with all traffic regulations and safety standardsEnsuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the busAssisting students with disabilities or special needs during transportationMaintaining accurate records of bus mileage, fuel consumption, and student ridershipCommunicating effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding bus schedules and any changes or delaysUpholding a positive and professional attitude while interacting with students, parents, and colleaguesAdhering to the policies and procedures set forth by the Northern Australian ConferenceThe successful candidate will have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, patience when working with children, and a strong commitment to safety.
Previous experience as a bus driver in an educational or community setting is preferred.
