Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Hotel All-Rounder to work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable.
We are open to either casual or Part Time for the right person.What will you be doing?
Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in betweenOften be the first point of contact for guests and visitorsShifts in Food & Beverage breakfast & Front DeskServing guests at the cafe and making coffeesComplete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accountsProvide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesEnsure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program QualificationsYour Skills and experience include:Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environmentStrong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in OperaThe ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is requiredStrong communication skills and pride in personal presentationHave a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the restA genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest's smile during their stayMust have valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before startingFlexibility to work across a variety of shifts including morning, evenings and weekends.
