Platform DevOps Engineer ?? Melbourne or Canberra | ?? Permanent Opportunity We're looking for a Platform DevOps Engineer to join the team and play a key role in building, automating, and securing innovative platforms.
This role offers the chance to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
What you'll do: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Develop automation tools and frameworks to improve productivity.
Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and security.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in DevOps or a similar role.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Ruby, Bash).
Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Windows/Linux administration.
Cloud/DevOps/security certifications.
