OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Mascot, Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.What you will be doingConduct high volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable agingRaise customer disputes in the Salesforce ticketing systemIdentify and escalate accounts where neededMonitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet collections targetsSupport the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily, including remittance requests for allocationCommunicate with internal stakeholders on corrective actions impacting collections and account managementAbility to meet KPI targetsCustomer account reconciliationsWhat we are looking for3+ years' experience in a similar roleExperience with high volume collectionsEnthusiastic and motivated team player focused on growth and a constructive cultureAbility to work in a fast paced, commercial environmentPrior experience in using SAP (preferred) and intermediate MS ExcelExcellent time management skillsWhat we offerCareer progression opportunities within a global organisationRange of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to workComprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsNotesApplicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.
