You'll machine components to tight tolerances, interpret technical drawings, and help keep our specialised equipment running safely and reliably.If you bring a strong mechanical skill set, a hands-on approach, enjoy working in a dynamic and agile team, and have a keen focus on quality and safety — we'd love to hear from you.Your ContributionOperate lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools to accurately fabricate mechanical partsConduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machinery performance and minimize downtimeDiagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or part replacements to restore equipment functionalityFabricate and machine precision parts to specification in cooperation with Design and Development teamsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver improvementsMaintain clear and accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and modifications performedUse hand and power tools safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area and comply with relevant policies and proceduresYour ProfileCertificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting and Turning) or equivalent trade qualification.Experience as a Fitter and Turner, Technician, or similar role, ideally in a regulated and/or high precision manufacturing environment.
(e.g. medical, food, pharmaceutical)Skilled in machining, fitting, and fabrication using workshop tools and equipmentExperience with injection moulding maintenance is desirableConfident in reading and understanding technical drawingsIdeally familiar with CNC machining/milling and 3D printing technologiesStrong mechanical aptitude with a practical, solution-focused mindsetHands-on, reliable, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to teamwork and safetyYour BenefitsTeam Events; Free Parking; Further training and education; Part-time modelsPlease feel free to contact usYou can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
