We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic experienced Venue/Food & Beverage Manager with an extensive knowledge of food and beverages especially in wine. Who will lead this well known and respectable fine dining restaurant.

A leader who will be there to help lead culture, support the teams, drive business objectives and ensure that this venue delivers on the world class hospitality for this exciting Brand

What's expected in this role;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experienced as a successful restaurant manager in a 5* or fine dining environment.
- have good knowledge of wines, beverages, and experience in wine table service is essential
- Love training and developing your people to grow and succeed.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent experience in budgets and financials and labour costs
- Strong restaurant management skills that are driven to achieve kpi's.
