**The Challenge**:
We create space for the adventure community to share and engage in their passions and stories. We use our knowledge, creativity, and relationships to make the adventure landscape accessible to more.
You want to be a part of it.
Working with the wider MAD and DIJGTAL teams, you'll support by bringing your creativity to the outdoor adventure, 4x4 and RV spaces
**What you'll do**:
Over the first 3 months you will:
- Bring your mad creative skills to the table and shake your magic across marketing initiatives for both our clients and our 4X4 / RV publications:
- Create visual Ad and Social content across all platforms including (but not limited to) Display, Facebook, Insta, TikTok and Snapchat
- ** C**all on your killer design skills **T**o not only wow audiences but incite **A**ction
- Architect eDMs designs that just beg to be read, not skimmed and clicked through
- Have some secret photography skills? Show them off by shooting THAT image and editing it using your Photoshop wizardry
- Design our clients magazines with your slick InDesign skills
- Create Rich Media Ad Units to run in our website publications
- Put your marketing hat on and use insights to refine your approach, great looking creatives aren't enough, you also want them to convert:
- With the support of the wider team, dig into the data to understand why particular creatives worked better than others
- Tweak your designs with the help of A/B testing to improve their overall performance

- Get excited and flourish as you see the positive impact that you have had on driving results to our brands
**What you want**:
- To be part of an agile marketing department. You know how quick marketing campaigns can go from conception to launch. You want to be part of it all, and you love the pace
- To take us on a journey by walking us through your favourite creative campaigns to date
- To tell stories. You pull people in with your stunning visuals using your understanding of data and analytics to create next-level engagement in everything that you produce
- To be an integral part of an outdoor adventure brand that is changing things up (that's us, BTW)
