Electrify your future.About the roleAGL's HSE team in Bayswater has an opportunity for a Graduate Advisor – Health & Safety.Based at our Bayswater Power Station, the successful candidate will be passionate about building a career in health and safety.
You will be supported, nurtured, and developed while gaining exposure to all critical areas of health and safety in high-risk industries and environments.There has never been a better time to join AGL as we transition to 12GW of new renewable generation and firming by 2035.
By joining today, you will experience genuine career growth within one of Australia's largest industries.What you'll be doing :Supporting the development, implementation, and review of H&S policies, systems, and procedures, including the AGL contractor management framework.Supporting projects in accordance with AGL HSE Project Governance procedures and Contractor Management Framework.Contributing to the development and implementation of H&S initiatives and actions.Supporting the business with HSE contractor forums for critical contracting engagements.Assisting the Manager with RFP/tender reviews.Monitoring H&S performance for projects and implementing improvement programs or interventions for continuous performance enhancement.What you'll bring to the tableTertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety, Environment, or related discipline; Cert IV or above (preferred but not essential).
