Pure Reformer is a unique Pilates studio located in Sydney Olympic Park and Cronulla, offering a 24/7 Pilates experience with 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art equipment and expert instructors. Pure Reformer provides a variety of classes, including Group Reformer Classes, Private and Semi-Private Studio Equipment Sessions, and virtual classes using our revolutionary reformer machines.

**Pure Reformer's mission is to provide a refined yet challenging approach to group reformer training, focusing on both physical and mental wellness.**

- **Role Tasks and Responsibilities**_

**1. Sales & Membership Growth**
- Conduct sales calls with potential members to explain offerings and convert leads
- Collaborate with instructors to promote classes and workshops
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with existing members
- Host studio tours for walk-ins and bookings
- Gather feedback from clients to improve the studio's overall experience

**2. Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content on Instagram
- Design and edit graphics, reels, and stories to reflect the studio's brand
- Monitor DMs and comments; respond to inquiries and engage with the community
- Collaborate with instructors and members to gather testimonials, UGC, and behind-the-scenes content

**3. Studio Tours & Client Experience**
- Host studio tours for walk-ins and bookings
- Ensure the studio is clean, presentable, and welcoming for potential clients
