Our client, the largest global enterprise in the world, is seeking the skills of a M365 Support.
You will deliver high-quality and professional second to third level technical support to education stakeholders, ensuring user requirements and operational deadlines are met.Are you open to relocation to Mt Isa or neighbouring communities?
Responsibilities: Ensuring service requests are completed within the prescribed service level and agreed priorities for the delivery of quality service outcomes.Contributing to positive student learning and staff teaching experiences by supporting the implementation of the personal computing environments (MOE's) and Unified Communications Service.Ensuring best practice objectives within the function are met by accurately documenting the resolution of reported incidents, service requests and project tasks within the Service Management Software (ServiceNow).
You will have the following: Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systemsAdvanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Active DirectoryExperience with Service Now or ITIL ticketing systemExperience with MECM / SCCMNetwork troubleshootingAudio Visual troubleshootingAbility to travel to remote sites Desirable: High level computer literacy and experience in Microsoft and Apple Operating SystemsMicrosoft Office Suite (O365), Desktop Management Software (MECM/SCCM), Web Browser technology and database applications.Experience operating within the ITIL Framework and using a ticketing system (Service Now).
