About the Role As a PCA at Mareeba Gardens Settlement, you will provide day-to-day personal care and assistance that allows residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will work closely with our experienced care team, contributing to a supportive, respectful, and positive environment.
What You Will Do Deliver compassionate personal care and daily living supportAssist with meals, hydration, and general care routinesAccurately record observations and share updates with the nursing teamContribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentBuild meaningful connections with residents and their families What You Will Bring Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Excellent communication skills and a caring naturePrevious aged care experience is highly regarded Why Join Us?
