We are currently seeking Heavy Duty HD Fitters for an exciting opportunity to join our client in their Welshpool workshop.

10 Hour days-Monday-Friday - possible Saturday shifts available - dayshift only

This is an exciting opportunity to join a industry leading Mining company that values your contribution, listens and respects their people while embracing diversity/culture across their business.

**About the role**:
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance activities are completed to schedule, whilst performing breakdown repairs, servicing and major overhauls on equipment, light vehicles, and ancillary equipment as required.

**Essential Experience**:

- Demonstrated minimum 2 years' experience in general maintenance, breakdowns & performing major plant overhauls on CAT, Komatsu,Hitachi & Liebherr equipment.
- Solid experience in diagnostics, problem solving and fault finding in a timely manner.
- OEM experience - highly desirable
- Full Australian working rights
- Full machine rebuilds

**Qualifications & Applicant Requirements**:

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
- Working Safely at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Certificate
- Australian Driver's licence
- HR Class manual driver's license (preferred)
- High Risk Licence - Dogging (preferred)
- Hose Training (desirable)
- CPR Training (desirable)
- First Aid (desirable)
- Be able to provide 2 x work references from most recent employers.
