**About the role**

Join our Lincoln Sentry team as a Warehouse Team Lead at our site in Prestons, NSW. This is a hands-on role where effective communication and strong leadership skills are key. You'll oversee a dedicated team, drive operational efficiency, and lead by example.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders to keep our warehouse running smoothly
- A great attitude along with attention to detail
- Implement quality control techniques and procedures
- Ability to supervise and provide direction and guidance to team members
- Ensure safety and sustainability standards are adhered to
- Liaise with management and customers

**Skills & Experience**

This is a busy role, so you will need to be reliable, committed and have great attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to lift products of up to 20kg goods from time to time.
- Competent computer skills
- Leading a team of approx. 10 - 12 members
- High numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
- Forklift licence would be advantageous
- A good level of physical fitness
