**Diploma Qualified Educator - 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program**

We are seeking a passionate, experienced **Diploma Qualified Educator** to join our 3-year-old kindergarten program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, builds genuine connections with children, families, and colleagues, and is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education.

**About Us**
Our centre is a proud **Child Safe Organisation**. We take the safety, well-being, and protection of children extremely seriously and have **CCTV throughout our building** as part of our firm commitment to a safe environment.

We run a vibrant and engaging **play-based learning program** to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Our 3-year-old kindergarten room caters to **32 children each day** with a **team of 5 dedicated staff**. This high staff-to-child ratio ensures children receive more one-on-one attention, experience a wide variety of activities, and have the opportunity to form strong, supportive relationships with educators.

**What We're Looking For**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA)
- Demonstrated experience in working with 3-year-old kindergarten programs
- Have a current Working With Children's check
- Strong ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Passion for play-based learning and the ability to contribute meaningfully to program planning and implementation
- Excellent skills in documenting and assessing children's learning (with dedicated non-contact time provided)
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, and initiative
- Enthusiasm to participate in team-building activities and contribute to our positive, supportive work culture
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage children in clear, age-appropriate conversations and produce accurate, high-quality documentation.**:

- **Applicants must have substantial post-qualification experience in early childhood education beyond placement hours. This role is not suited to newly graduated educators without practical industry experience.**:

- **Must have at least 2 references that we can contact.**
