SCIA are passionate about continually improving service offerings and driving innovation to provide maximum opportunity for those lives affected by traumatic injury. SCIA's purpose is to create a world where people with spinal & neuro conditions and their loved ones thrive.

SCIA are a member-based organisation, with more than 3,000 members that include people with disability, their families, carers and professionals in the sector.

**About the Role**:

Due to exciting growth, SCIA is developing new services, including EmployAbility. The EmployAbility program is a new service designed to support individuals with physical disabilities to secure sustainable employment. This service has recently been awarded a grant to design tools and training to support employers in recruiting people with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Employer Engagement Manager to join the team on a 12-month contract.

As the Employer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a sales pipeline with corporate organizations and creating an employer engagement strategy. This position has a mix of strong existing opportunities as well as scoping out new opportunities to facilitate growth of the service.

To have success in the role you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships. You will bring adaptability, resilience and passion with your strategic approach. You will also have:

- 5 years' experience in corporate sales and account management role, ideally from the employment or disability sector
- Previous experience in developing sales processes and meeting sales targets.
- Experience working in a For Purpose organization is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- **Lived experience of a disability is highly considered for this role**
