Are you an experienced administrator keen to take on a role with one of Australia's largest dispute resolution programs. Legal Aid Queensland's dispute resolution conferencing and property arbitration programs play an important role in our state's justice system, helping more than 5000 people resolve family law problems about parenting issues, maintenance or property settlement without having to go to court.
- Individually managing your own conference files under the supervision of the managing Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
- Conducting intake and screening of all matters referred for a family dispute resolution conference
- Screening and assessing conference client's ability to participate effectively in family dispute resolution conference due to issues relating to vulnerability and family and domestic violence
- Provide legal information and referrals to conference clients and external legal practitioners in relation to family dispute resolution conference files or the process

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated administrative experience in making and documenting decisions in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to use appropriate information management systems to keep up to date information
- Experience working with clients experiencing domestic and family violence, disadvantage or coming from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
