**The Opportunity**

Production Personnel ('Worker') are accountable for delivering their work on time, in full and to standard. The Worker is responsible for keeping themselves and their workmates safe as well as maintaining a clean, tidy, and productive work environment. The Worker is accountable for performing their work while striving for continuous improvement.

**You'll need**

**_ Essential_**
- Trades Assistant experience
- Physical Dexterity and fitness
- Basic Math skills
- Attention to detail

**_ Desirable_**
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Possesses time and team management skills.
- Previous Marine Insulation experience
- High Risk Licence - Forklift & EWP
