Please note that this job position is not in Sydney, but for a Relief Store Manager in the Outback of Australia in either NT, QLD, NSW, SA or WA.

**Description**:
Outback Stores is seeking single managers or management couples for Store Manager positions to join our Outback family.

As a Store Manager you will be able to directly share your knowledge, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia.

**Our benefits include**:

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Outback Stores desire our Store Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:

- Minimum of 3 years of retail and fast-moving consumer goods experience in a grocery environment.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
- Effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Sound customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software.
