Suhhtan Pizza Bakery, located in Bankstown, is seeking a talented Lebanese Pizza Maker to enhance our team.

As a Lebanese Pizza Maker, you will play a key role in crafting our unique Lebanese-style pizzas, ensuring they are made to perfection and bring joy to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Pizza Crafting: Lead the preparation and baking of our Lebanese-style pizzas, including Za'atar, Cheese, and Meat varieties, following our authentic recipes to consistently deliver exceptional flavor and quality.**

Dough Preparation: Assist in preparing pizza dough, ensuring it is expertly stretched and topped with delicious ingredients, showcasing your expertise in Lebanese culinary traditions.

**Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all pizzas meet our high standards for freshness, taste, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency.**

Sanitation and Safety: Strictly adhere to sanitation and safety protocols in the pizza-making area, keeping workstations, equipment, and utensils meticulously clean and sanitized to meet food safety standards.

**Team Collaboration: Work closely with our bakery team to coordinate pizza production efficiently, sharing ideas for recipe improvement and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.**

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in pizza making or a similar culinary role is preferred, along with a passion for Lebanese cuisine.

**Knowledge of Lebanese flavors and ingredients, especially those used in Lebanese-style pizzas, is advantageous.**

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute pizza recipes accurately and efficiently.

**Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.**

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Enthusiasm for sharing the deliciousness of Lebanese-style pizzas with our community and contributing to the success of Suhhtan Pizza Bakery in Bankstown.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
