Provides direct care to a designated group of residents under the supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN
Delivers care in alignment with individual care plans, in collaboration with the care leadership team
Effectively communicates residents' care needs to the Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN
Contributes to a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and staff
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to support effective teamwork
Maintains up-to-date knowledge and competency in delivering safe, high-quality care
What You Will Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification
A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and compassion
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
