**Call Centre Agent - South Melbourne**
We're launching a brand-new Call Centre in South Melbourne, and we're on the lookout for a motivated Call Centre Agent to join us on this exciting journey This role offers a clear pathway to a supervisory position as our team grows — perfect for someone with leadership potential eager to take their career to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Handling inbound and outbound charity calls.
- Contributing to the development of call centre processes and best practices.
- Collaborating with management to shape the direction and growth of the call centre.
- Meeting performance targets and fostering a positive, team-driven culture.
- As the team expands, stepping into leadership responsibilities, including training and mentoring new agents.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with aspirations for leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems (preferred).
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working together to achieve goals.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $39.74 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
