**About the role**

You will be reporting to the National Pallet Manager. The
**Pallet Controller **oversees and manages the daily pallet operations. To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to effectively prioritise daily reporting, record keeping, and attention to detail to ensure time-critical milestones are achieved.
- Investigate and resolve pallet issues for site accounts
- Investigate pallet loss and conduct recovery as necessary
- Escalate ongoing pallet issues to state pallet controller or National pallet manager
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reconcilation reports to National Pallet Control and site manager
- Ensure outbound linehaul loads are raised correctly
- Resolve pallet-related issues to satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders

**About you**
- Looking to start ASAP
- Proven experience as a Pallet Controller - MyChep, 2IC or similar software experience
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer savvy, with competent MS Office skills - strong understanding of excel
- High attention to detail, with an autonomous work ethic
- Track, monitor and report on deliveries
- Analytical nature and process-driven personality, with a keen sense of urgency
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
