We're looking for an experienced and driven Full Time Assistant Boutique Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our Chatswood Westfield Boutique.
In this pivotal role, you will help the boutique manager lead a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing all aspects of the boutique's operations.Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.About YouA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
