**THE ROLE**

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and support the implementation, monitoring and review of the quality strategy, processes and procedures and drive high level quality standards and continuous improvements with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with suppliers to establish quality guidelines and monitor supplier performance
- Implement and supervise supplier audit programs
- Bring together a team of different disciplines and drive the group to formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures and processes
- Set up and maintain quality controls, reporting and portals
- Manage, monitor and minimise quality related claims

**ABOUT YOU**

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Adobe PDF
- Qualifications in Quality Assurance disciplines
- Proven experience implementing quality processes and systems
- Proven experience at writing reports and establishing quality KPIs
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
