Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: Wednesday 3.00 pm - 9.00 pm, Thursday & Friday 8.00 am - 6.30 pm
Children: G2y, B.Newborn due October
Pay: $38 - $43 per hour
- Wednesdays: initially 8.00 am - 6.30 pm for the first 4-8 weeks
- Licence and own car required
- Occasional flexibility with hours may be required with prior notice

Our warm and welcoming Northbridge family is seeking a kind, attentive, and experienced nanny to care for their delightful toddler and, in time, her new baby brother. Their 2-year-old is an active and curious little girl who loves exploring her world with imagination and energy. She thrives in a calm and loving environment where she can enjoy outdoor play, creative activities, and a healthy, balanced routine. With an upcoming move to a new home and the addition of a new family member, their toddler will need extra support during this exciting period of change.

Typical days include leading age-appropriate activities such as imaginative play, reading, and outings to the park, alongside supporting feeding, nap, and bath routines. The nanny will also prepare nutritious meals and assist with light child-related household tasks like laundry and tidying toys. While general house cleaning is handled by their cleaner, maintaining order in child-related areas and assisting with domestic tasks is appreciated.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Organise and plan creative, engaging, and educational activities
- Build a strong, positive relationship with the child
- Ensure a safe, hygienic environment
- Manage child-related household chores, including tidying and laundry
- Prepare nutritious snacks and meals
- Maintain all aspects of the child's care routine

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- Non-smoker
- Ability to swim is preferred but not essential
- Valid driver's licence and own car preferred
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
- Minimum 3 years full-time experience working with children, especially babies and toddlers
- At least 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ad hoc week days may be required
