**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Handle customer payments and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- High school Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic mechanical concepts is a plus.
