There is now an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst to join the Contracts and Projects Management team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Contracts Analyst is responsible for assisting the Contracts and Projects Manager to reduce RME's exposure to external risk. This is achieved through reviewing, formulating, negotiating and summarising contracts for the sale of RME's capital equipment and Site Services and Optimisation (SS&O) parts and services, ready for approval and signature.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Required**
- Experience in understanding, interpreting and negotiating contracts for RME Mill Relining Systems and Services with potential and existing Customers;
- Exemplifies Customer advocacy and exhibits a Customer centric approach in carrying out the requirements of the role;
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate problems before they arise and take appropriate action to ensure solutions are found;
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of legal principles, particularly contract law;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to determine work priorities, meet deadlines and take follow-up action until finalisation;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present professional reports and proposals and to communicate in a clear and concise manner;
- Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills; and
- Intermediate to advance IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office software.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary study in Law, Business, Engineering or related discipline;
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills in a second language (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese); and
- Knowledge of or ability to gain an understanding of the hard rock mining industry.
