**Supply Chain Lead**

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to join the Hymix team in **Bendigo**. The Plant Controller has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry.

Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

**In your new role with us, you will be**:

- Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant
- Operating a front end loader (FEL)
- Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries
- Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer
- Able to demonstrate safety and show coach and mentoring potential
- Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
- Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required
- Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling

**What we offer**:

- $28.20 - $30.00 per hour - pending experience/qualifications, plus penalties, plus super
- Plenty of overtime available
- Monday - Friday starting from 4:30/5:00am - 3:30/4:00pm + Saturday mornings finishing up between 10am - 12pm
- FEL ticket (if not already achieved)
