**The role**

Our Business Banker Commercial Broker is an exciting and diverse role that will see you driving new business, supporting commercial broker relationships and onboarding commercial customers. Our Business Bankers focus on providing world class customer service. With a brilliant support framework and flexible working, you will be set up for success to enhance your credit skills and harness your business development expertise, building exceptional partnerships across your broker network. If you are passionate about acquisition, writing credit and providing an outstanding customer & broker onboarding experience, this role is a brilliant opportunity for you to join a growing, fast paced team to really develop your career.

The role and day to day will include:

- Engage in quality conversations with brokers and customers which will allow you to promote the bank's products and services, as well as identify the needs of the customer and deliver suitable solutions.
- Create and enhance broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional services and customer solutions.
- Provide brokers with advice, guidance, and service in order to match customer needs through our suite of products.
- Build upon your onboarding experience by identifying opportunities for quality referrals and leads to specialist departments to ensure our customers are always benefiting from the best of NAB
- Proactively manage and enhance the retention of existing broker relationships.
- Leveraging from your proven ability to build and nurture business relationships, we're keen to tap into your passion for delivering strong NPS results and your broad networks across the enterprise and within industry.
