Reporting to the General Manager,
**_the essence of this role is to foster a culture committed to high performance and safety whilst ensuring adequate resources for risk assessment, mitigation practices and compliance._**

As the Safety and Training Leader, you'll develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system, ensuring compliance with systems, processes, and equipment, whilst monitoring safety adherence, conducting site audits, and providing timely incident investigations and responses.

You'll play a crucial role in developing competency frameworks, delivering training plans, and improving worker performance. Your strong communication and influencing skills will drive change and compliance with safety standards.
