They offer in-house building design, drafting, engineering, soil testing, and 3D rendering, specialising primarily within the residential space, in particular project homes and one-off custom/architecturally designed homes. They also have capacity to work on industrial and commercial new builds and refurbs.
- **YOUR NEW ROLE & TEAM**
Your role of Structural Drafter will contribute in helping the business alleviate current and future workload pressures and afford them the opportunity to bolster their capability in the delivery of their projects, as well strengthen their bids and tender team in securing new work.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with both the senior drafter and the engineering team, your primary focus will be to use AutoCAD and Hyne to draft/design various structural projects. This will largely consist of footings, concrete slabs, steel beams and timber frames for a variety of residential and architecturally designed, one-off houses (as noted in "The company" section of this advert).

The structural engineering team comprises of 12 professionals across administration, drafting, design and project management, that all play to their own strengths. Together, they collaboratively work to produce quality outcomes for their valued clients.
