Overview
GHD Graduate Program 2025/26 - Freight Systems & Simulation - Sydney OR Perth
Based out of either our Perth or Sydney offices, our Freight Systems team are looking to develop and support a graduate with either a combined Engineering + Law/Business/Economics or a straight Law/Business/Economics degree on our 2026 graduate program. We help to model freight networks for clients, contribute to positions on freight decarbonisation strategies and provide strategic insights.

Your journey to joining GHD
Here's what to expect, step by step:
Screening: We review applications as they come in, but be mindful that the bulk of our screening happens after applications close, so don't worry if you don't hear from us right away.
Video interviews: If you make it through the first stage, you'll record some answers to a few straightforward questions. This helps us get a sense of your communication style and what excites you about GHD.
Meet the team: Next, you'll have a face-to-face or virtual interview with your prospective team. We'll chat through some behavioural based questions to learn more about your skills and experience. It's also a chance for you to get to know us In this process, we may also ask you to participate in a case study and present this back to us at the interview stage.
Psychometric assessments: These quick tests give us a glimpse into how you like to work and your strengths in relation to the role, complementing what we learn during your interview.
Offer: Congratulations If you're successful, we'll talk through all the finer details, like salary, your start date, and our background checking process.
