Reporting to the Programs Manager, the Project Manager/Engineer is responsible for ensuring projects are successfully delivered in accordance with Premier's standards and the client's requirements.Our experience in modular construction techniques further contributes to efficiencies on civil construction projects.
With our expertise, we service clients across a broad range of industries, from airports, roads, and infrastructure to pharmaceuticals, power, and everything in between.Some stand-out opportunities you will be involved in include:Heavy lift solutions across key Victorian infrastructure projectsWorks on complex projects regularly involving superstructuresMulti-crane liftsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and shape the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring project milestones are achieved within the scope of works.Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration to coordinate the successful delivery of works in line with the client's expectations.Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.Provide feedback to motivate, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.Manage stakeholder expectations to deliver successful project outcomes.Skills and ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2 - 4 years of project management and related experience.Ability to read structural drawings and experience with the structural elements of construction.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Extremely resourceful and creative with problem-solving.Why PremierAt Premier, we strive to achieve success through #Teamlifting.
