**About the role**

**Health Information Services Clerk - Scanning**
- 8 hours per week
- Colac Area Health is a values-based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.
- The position will also provide assistance in the maintenance of incoming and outgoing medical records, ensuring all health information documents are filed accurately in a timely manner.

**What's required?**
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
- Previous administration/clerical experience
- Demonstrated organisation skills including the ability to prioritise work and manage competing priorities
- Ability to be flexible, demonstrate a willingness to learn, show attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
