POP MART, founded in 2010 is an industry-leading pop culture and art toy company aiming to light up passion and bring joy to all. We are seeking for an experienced stock replenishment and customer service specialist to join our team on a part time basis in Melbourne VIC.

In this role, you will work across Sydney and surrounding suburbs to fill our Roboshops (Vending machines) to ensure our blindbox products are easily accessible and shoppable. As we are in the expansion stage, this role at times will also be responsible for setting up new Roboshops at various locations in Sydney after hours.

Reporting to our Roboshop Operations Manager, you will receive technical training and support needed to complete replenishment, stock pick up and setting up of new vending machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the logistics of stock to all vending machines in Melbourne.
  • Confirm the quantities of stock at the warehouse and make sure the number is correct before delivering stock to all vending machines
  • Replenish stock for vending machines (3 times a week)
  • Check and report the status for vending machines
  • Report and coordinate with the delivery and stock issues.
  • Own a small van to be able to pick up stock and deliver to our various locations

Essential Requirement:

  • Must have customer service, logistic and delivery experience.
  • Must have Full Driver License.
  • Have own vehicle to perform delivery (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly advantageous.
  • Great personality and excellent communication skills.
