We are looking for  a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our team and lead the front of house staff. You will train and guide the team to provide exceptional and efficient customer service.

The Role

The FOH Supervisor is required assist in the smooth day to day running and cost-effective operation of Restaurant, Bar, Function spaces and activities at Whitton Malt House, whilst delivering an outstanding service and standard.

The supervisor's overall role is to help meet customer needs, ensure the venue run efficiently, communicate with and oversee employees' performance, all while providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that the team is successful.

The role is Full time, although part time would be considered for the right candidate. Routine weekend and evening availability is required.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays

  • Excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills

  • Minimum 3 years hospitality experience in senior roles
