Qualifications & experience

  • Applicants must hold a current OLGR RSA & RSG certificate
  • Experience in a similar hospitality role is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude
  • Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs
  • A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas

Tasks & responsibilities

Applicants must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a demonstrated ability working in a busy environment.

The role will include:

  • Beverage Service
  • Keno & Gaming
  • A thorough knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a busy hospitality venue
  • Experience in Opening and Closing a venue

Must be available for approximately 25 hours per week including night and weekend work.
