The role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Boilermaker, Welder, or Vehicle Builder to join a high-performing fabrication team in a state-of-the-art workshop in the Parramatta area. In this hands-on role, you'll be at the forefront of constructing and customising heavy vehicle bodies to integrate cutting-edge lifting technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld structural components using MIG/TIG techniques.
  • Build and modify vehicle bodies to spec.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
  • Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in the installation of mounted systems on trucks.

We're Looking For:

  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Welding, or Vehicle Body Building.
  • Experience in structural welding and heavy equipment fabrication.
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a spacious workshop environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Forklift or HR truck licence ( An advantage).
