ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our team of high quality professionals who are passionate about enriching children's lives.
As an ECKA employee, you will utilise the latest research and evidence to implement effective practices and create meaningful educational experiences for the children in your care. You are passionate about providing high-quality education that supports the learning and development of every child.

The role:
This position is fulltime (38 hours per week), commencing on 31 October 2025.
Please note, this role is a fixed term maternity leave cover position. The position will finish on 19 December 2026.
Our 2026 models are still being finalised, and therefore the roster may vary, but the paid hours will remain the same.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Early Childhood Educator with current WWCC
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Demonstrated passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your work with positivity and a sense of possibility
- Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families, and community.
