The Role:

At Industry Beans, we're passionate about coffee and committed to excellence. Our fulfilment and logistics team is essential to our operations, ensuring products are delivered on time and our warehouse runs smoothly.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Dispatch Manager, the Driver & Warehouse Team Member plays a key role in supporting both daily deliveries and general warehouse duties at our Mercier Street location. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely between venues and partners, as well as assisting with stock organisation and dispatch operations.

Position is available for either fulltime or part time working 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

This position has the following responsibilities:

  • Completing daily delivery routes to venues and wholesale partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safely loading, unloading and transporting products.
  • Assisting with picking and packing stock for dispatch.
  • Organising, moving and storing stock within the warehouse.
  • Assisting with stock control systems and stocktaking tasks.
  • Ensuring vehicle and warehouse cleanliness and upkeep.

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A valid driver's licence and safe driving record.
  • Previous delivery experience or warehouse experience (preferred).
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
