Plant Operator – South Brisbane & Scenic Rim

Join a small, family-owned business delivering high-quality earthmoving services across South Brisbane, the Scenic Rim and surrounds. We're looking for an experienced Plant Operator who's ready to hit the ground running and grow with us.

About the Role

  • Predominantly site cuts and domestic tank installations
  • Reading and interpreting plans is highly valued
  • Varied worksites – no two days the same
  • Yard based in Munbilla, jobs across South Brisbane, Scenic Rim and surrounds

What We're Looking For

  • Excavator Operator Ticket – essential
  • HC Licence – essential
  • Minimum 5 years' Earthmoving experience
  • Ability to read site plans confidently
  • Drott experience – highly regarded but not essential
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Must have current Australian work rights and be locally based
