Working with us at People First Bank as a Member Service Consultant at our Flinders Street branch, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service.
About The Role
As a Member Service Consultant at our Flinders Street branch, you will play a key role in supporting our members by building trust, listening to their needs, and guiding them toward the right financial solutions. This role is offered on a flexible part time basis, ranging from 15 to 32 hours per week on a rotating roster.
In this position, your passion for customer service will shine. As a member owned organisation, we put our members first and you will be empowered to have genuine, meaningful conversations that help them reach their goals. You will take the time to understand each member's financial situation, aspirations, and objectives, then connect them with the products that best support their needs, including personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.
