About The Role
The
Aussie Product Team
is responsible for delivering and iterating on products that complement the Australian home loan journey. These products span across
General Insurance (Allianz)
,
Asset Finance (Platform Finance)
,
My Protection Plan (ALI)
,
Deposit Bonds (Deposit Assure)
, and
Aussie Conveyancing (Settle Easy)
.
As a
Product Manager
, you will work within a cross-functional team including Design, a Team Lead, a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst and Engineers. You'll drive product discovery, delivery, and ongoing iteration,
owning the end-to-end experience and outcomes for the partner product portfolio
.
This role calls for strong stakeholder and partner management, solid governance oversight, and the ability to prioritise initiatives by business impact and ROI.
You'll work closely with existing partners — balancing day-to-day operational needs with building strategic and tactical capabilities that drive growth and unlock more market share. It's a
mix of high-level strategy
and
hands-on execution
, so being comfortable rolling up your sleeves is key.

Job Description
We're looking for a
customer-focused
,
commercially minded
Product Manager
to help deliver the world's best digital home ownership experience through high-value partner integrations and product initiatives.
You'll take ownership of key partner and lending products, balancing internal platform needs with external partner expectations. You'll manage roadmaps, prioritisation, and delivery while navigating a complex stakeholder and compliance environment.
What You'll Do
- Shape short- and long-term product strategy and roadmap for partner and lending integrations
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on assigned partner products, including General Insurance, Asset Finance, My Protection Plan, Deposit Bonds, Conveyancing, and Lending Enhancements
- Manage external partner relationships and product governance processes
- Evaluate initiatives based on ROI, effort, and customer impact
- Partner with internal teams including Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Lender Partnerships, and the Centre of Excellence
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define scope and deliver high-quality, impactful features
- Scope requirements and user stories in a build-ready format for engineering
- Oversee end-to-end product releases, including stakeholder communications and training
- Use data-driven insights to inform prioritisation, development, and iteration
- Support discovery, research, and testing to identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure partner and platform products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Help create simple, intuitive UX and UI for complex product flows in collaboration with Design
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management and this is a great opportunity for a seasoned PM to make a wide impact
- Experience working within Home Loans, Financial Services, or Banking environments (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven track record of owning and delivering digital customer journeys, preferably involving third-party integrations
- Skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships and external partnerships
- Strong experience working with Design and Engineering teams to scope, deliver, and iterate on products
- Ability to write detailed, user stories and ensure product completeness from inception through release
- Proficient in data analysis, consumer funnels, and interpreting success metrics
- Experienced in prioritising product initiatives based on ROI and strategic impact
- Comfortable with governance responsibilities, stakeholder communications, and compliance alignment
- Highly focused on managing diverse partners and internal stakeholders with ease, while maintaining a strong understanding of the various products.
