We're not your average automotive Electrical job. At Elross Caravans, we're looking for a highly motivated Auto Electrician with a passion for 4WD, camping, and off-grid living to join our dynamic and tight-knit team.

This is your chance to work on brand-new, bespoke built, tough Off-road caravans—not greasy second-hand gear, tractors or equipment. Go home every night, with out the Stress of FIFO work We operate a clean, organised, and professional workshop, offering a rewarding environment for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to have fun while doing it. And best of all Fridays off - Every week, A 3 Day weekend. How good?

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing and commissioning complete 12V electrical systems for new caravans
• Fitting trailer brake wiring systems, ABS brake modules, and ECU harnesses
• Creating and installing custom looms and harnesses to suit each van build
• Wiring and testing reverse camera systems, anti-theft/security systems, and interior/exterior lighting
• Installing solar panels, battery management systems, and inverters/chargers for off-grid capability
• Performing diagnostic and fault-finding work on 12V systems for service and warranty vans
• Creating Electrical Schematics for Customer Vans in conjunction with the Design team
• Ensuring every system is installed with clean, safe, and professional workmanship

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years Qualified Auto Electrician (Cert III or similar)
• Confident working on 12V systems and accessories
• Familiar with 12v Solar/battery is desired but not essential
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Neat, tidy and methodical work practices
• Leadership qualities
• A fun, hands-on team player with initiative
• Bonus points if you're into camping, 4WDing or caravanning
• Own transport
