We are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to join our team and lead site-based demolition projects in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

The Role

As the Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating demolition works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Leading and mentoring demolition crews, ensuring compliance with all WHS, environmental, and legislative requirements
  • Monitoring plant, equipment, and work practices to maintain safe and efficient operationsLiaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and progress reporting
  • Managing site documentation, permits, and daily reports

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Demolition Supervisor in mining, resources, or large-scale civil projects
  • Current Demolition Supervisor Licence (or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive safety-first culture
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management in demolition environments
  • High-risk work licences (as applicable) – e.g., Asbestos Removal, Rigging, EWP, Confined Space, Working at Heights
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • S26 Qualification
