We're a fast-paced, high-quality pasta bar focused on bold flavours, excellent produce, and warm, genuine hospitality. If you love cooking food that's simple, honest, and executed perfectly every time, this could be your next step.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
  • Running a smooth, efficient service
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and positive kitchen culture
  • Overseeing prep, ordering, stock control and daily specials
  • Training and supporting junior chefs
  • Upholding consistency, speed, and high standards
What we're looking for
  • Strong pasta knowledge (or a keenness to learn fast)
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to lead a small team with calm confidence
  • Great communication and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and love for food
  • Full working rights in Australia
